We celebrated New Years with a late dinner at The Tobacco Co Restaurant. Reservations were for 9:30pm. The restaurant is a converted tobacco warehouse (hence the name). The menu is limited to steak and seafood and the wine list is very lengthy and certainly you will find something to go with your meal and your palate. The had live music New Years Eve and according to their website live music is pretty regular.
If you're ever in the Richmond area I highly suggest you stop in.
