Today is a full three weeks of dieting. The bad news is that I am still at 237.0 and still down a total of 6 pounds since I started on Jan 2nd but the very good news is that I was able to maintain while having lunch at Olive Garden on Saturday and also doing pizza and wings for the football games on Sunday.
I found a nice line of cereal this past weekend which is doing alot towards all the protein, fiber etc that we're suppose to eat. The line is called Kashi. They have a Golean cereal that is like a granola in texture and slightly sweet.
This weekend will be hard as I will be back home in NY doing some painting as the house goes to the realtor next monday.
