Would you believe I saw these guys on tv during the intermission for a Mixed Martial Arts program?
Anyways, I thought they sounded pretty good so this morning I previewed their songs located on their site http://www.myspace.com/neurosonic
Have a listen for yourself. Go out and buy their cd or download a couple of songs.

It's funny that I can name a ton of great Canadian rock bands playing today, but I can only think of a few American bands. Nickelback, Finger Eleven, Our Lady Peace, Rush, IME, The Tragically Hip, etc., are some good examples off the top of my head. Sure, there are good American rock bands as well, but Canada just seems to breed them better. After all, when was the last time you heard a hip-hop song from a Canadian artist, or even one played there?
I second your Neurosonic endorsement. It's not often a 40-something businessman is exposed to some good, new, music, but I ended up sitting beside Troy the guitarist on a plane and subsequently looked up their music: most excellent. Crunching rhythms, sweet melodies. I recommend you buy the whole thing because as Sonar, and Until I Die, start to fade, the rest of the tracks get better. Canada has always known how to rock.
