8:50 am update - How often do you see these forecasts with any amount of accuracy?? I looked out from my dining room a couple of minutes ago and whoa dude....10 min before scheduled, it is starting to snow lol

LIGHT SNOW WILL SPREAD NORTHEAST INTO THE REGION BY LATE THIS MORNING.
THE SNOW WILL BECOME HEAVIER DURING THE MID TO LATE AFTERNOON
SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 3 INCHES IS LIKELY BY EVENING.

THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO FALL HEAVY AT TIMES THIS EVENING INTO
WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE SNOW COULD MIX SLEET AT TIMES...WITH
LIGHTNING AND THUNDER POSSIBLE DURING THE HEIGHT OF THE STORM
TONIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY. THE STORM SHOULD TAPER OFF TO
SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS DURING THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY.

STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON WILL LIKELY BE IN THE
11 TO 16 INCH RANGE WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE NEAR AND TO THE
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW OR ICE
ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. ANY TRAVEL IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.
THOSE WITH TRAVEL PLANS IN THE WARNED AREA ARE ADVISED TO CHOOSE
AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE...OR SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION IF TRAVEL IS
